Colleen was referred to us in October 2008 by our Realtor as we had bought a new house and had to sell our house quickly in a market that was rapidly turning from a
seller's to a buyer's market. Our house was painted in big, bright colours and with two kids under the age of eight; we had not followed any sort of decorating style
for the last few years.
We first met Colleen when she came to our house to do an overall assessment on what we need to do to make our house buyer-friendly. I immediately appreciated her

I have to say that when our realtor suggested having our house staged when we decided to put it on the market, my husband and I were both adamant that it would be a waste of money. We had sold houses many times before back in Ireland and had never had a problem - we thought we would sell quickly.....after 6 weeks of dragging the family out of the house for viewings and the stress of keeping everything so clean and tidy constantly, we gave in and thought we would give Colleen a call.
