Mandy Cosentino
Decorating and Staging is Mandy's "passion." She has excelled in courses in Home Interiors at Mohawk College of Hamilton in "colour", "design principals," and "accessories" to name a few.

Mandy is also a trillium award winner for her outstanding garden design. She was also a practicing real estate representative with Royal LePage Realty where she gained valuable experience in recognizing how to market a home to sell. Mandy also has a strong mentor in Colleen O'Hara and has been working along side Colleen in staging many projects.

As the newest member of the Maximum Staging team, Patrice has completed her apprenticeship with Colleen.

She brings to the team her many years of renovating and decorating homes for sale.
Her style philosophy is classic design, layering neutrals and texture for a look that today’s buyers are asking for.

Homes staged by Patrice reflect her love for travel and the diverse cultural influences.

Here is part of the maximum group, we just finished a 4500 sq.foot home, we all had a great time "The bottom Line" the homeowner was delighted!!! Now we can go home and look forward to the next staging project. Without my team there's no maximum, I am very fortunate to have talented and enthusiastic individuals working for myself.
