This home is approximately 4800 square foot home, 8 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, finished walkout basement, nanny's quarters along with a wine cellar. The homeowners of this wonderful home have fantastic taste and are eager and willing to to make the changes to prepare their home for sale."

At the initial consultation, I suggested to the homeowners to change the wall color from (burnt red) in the main living area to a soft sisal gold color, that was completed in two days, I love clients like this, open minded, flexible, what a treat for myself. From the initial consultation to the day of staging (six working days later) myself and my TEAM completed the staging of this home, have a look at the before's and after's you'll be amazed.!!!! The rooms now draw you in, the potential buyer now can see themselves living in such a gorgeous home.

This project covered a very large and spacious home that did not have sufficient furnishings and decorative items, leaving a cold, uninviting and empty impression. Maximum Staging added the décor, rugs/lamps, pictures and greenery with a result that - voila! Model Home!! As potential buyers move around the house, they are brought to visualize this house as their home. Criticism is replaced with complements and a step is taken towards a sale.

This home in Oakville which I just recently staged SOLD for 99% of it's asking price in less then 4 days. The Home owners have beautiful taste and it was my pleasure staging their home.

By editing and opening up the space and featuring the fireplace and adding grandeur to the master bed and baths, I am confident this will gain the attention of potential buyers!!!!

This was a new home where I was called by the realtor to stage the property. I brought in furnishings and decorative items to give the potential buyer vision and create warmth.

The home was sold within 9 days, again for top dollar.

This is the 1.6 million dollar home I just finished. The homeowner built it and put it on the market right away, the house was empty, and there were no serious offers and potential buyers. I met the homeowner on a Tuesday and by Friday the house was furnished and staged.

What happens with new homes that are not furnished is the potential buyer/buyers find it hard to visual, with a small investment for rental furniture and staging the buyer now comes into this home with a sense of vision and warmth, I'm sure the house will be purchased in no time at all.

The co-ordination and communication between myself and homowner and realtor is a must, you as a stager must keep the ball rolling and get the home on the market as soon as possible.
